Point to Life. . .1

Life is very hard. No one ever said it was going to be easy. But even average people, or the people who America considers to have “the easy(er) life”, believe that they have a hard life just as much as the ones who are considered below average. And God knows we all have a hatred for the above average. But who decides what level you are on? Is it us ourselves? Is it society as a whole? Is this a type of discrimination and stereotyping? Are we going back to our segregation ways, but just in a different form? But then, the poor are getting mad at the rich for being wealthy, but the rich had to work just as hard to become rich. Even if you were born into a wealthy family, someone had to work to get there, and someone has to work to keep it going. I’m not rich, but I’m not poor. I’m middle class. But if you think about it, can you ever be “rich enough”. No, because it’s human nature to be greedy. We will always want more. That’s the point to life… I guess.

We as humans will always want more in life, whether it be money, or materialistic things. We have become as greedy as we have ever been, why couldn't it be the way it used to be a long time ago, when all that was valued in life was love and that family and friends that you had? This is true though, the point to life is in fact how rich we become and how we can get there; to live anymore now a days anyway, you need money, and lots of it. Something that we will always strive for in todays society.
